Welcome to Eco2 (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of home-need and sustainable products offered by us. By accessing or using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place any order.

- “Order” / “Enquiry” means a catalog checkout inquiry or custom quotation request submitted by you for Products.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability
5.1 We endeavor to display and describe items accurately on our website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, colors, weights, specifications, or other details will be wholly accurate or complete.
5.2 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product, or change the price at any time, and to refuse or cancel orders/enquiries even if they have been submitted.
5.3 Special/custom orders and “made-to-order” items may require additional time for production/shipping; we will endeavor to indicate expected delivery times but cannot guarantee the same.
6. Inquiries, Orders & Payments
6.1 When you place an Order or submit an Enquiry, you will receive an acknowledgement that we have received your request. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of a purchase order. Acceptance and formation of a binding purchase contract between you and us will occur when we confirm pricing, finalize shipping terms, process payment, and dispatch the Product(s) to you.
6.2 Payment for finalized orders must be made by the methods agreed upon during follow-up communications (bank transfers, UPI, or other secure billing methods). You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6.3 In the event payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order or request.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipping costs, applicable taxes, duties, and delivery times will depend on your location, the shipping option selected, and the nature of the Product.
7.2 Title and risk in the Product pass to you when the Product is delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services, customs, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
8.1 Unless otherwise specified in a separate Return Policy section, returns and refunds are subject to eligibility criteria: Products must be unused, in original packaging, without damage, and returned within the specified time period.
8.2 Customized or “made-to-order” items are not eligible for returns or refunds except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
8.3 Cancellation of orders by you must be made within the time frame specified during quotation. Once production or shipping has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.
8.4 We will process refunds (if applicable) via the original payment method or as agreed upon, and we will endeavor to reimburse you within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Product Descriptions & Quality
9.1 We strive to ensure that the images, descriptions, specifications, and other details of Products displayed on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, some variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, natural variations in eco-materials, and manufacturing tolerances.
9.2 You agree that minor variations do not constitute a defect. For any major discrepancies, you should contact us as soon as possible.
9.3 We do not warrant that the Website or Product descriptions are error-free, accurate, or complete.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and style sheets) is the property of Eco2 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
11.1 Your use of the Website, the Products, and Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
11.2 We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and security.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract formed between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tumkur, Karnataka, India.

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
